COMPENSATION CLAIM
ARBITRATION COURT ASSESSMENT. [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN. Last Night. In ihe case of Joseph Scott v. Harraway and Sons, flourmillers. claim for £359 16s 3d compensation for loss of an eye and periods of total and partial incapacity, judgment was delivered in the Arbitration Court by Mr. Justice Frazer. Compensation for the loss of an eye was allowed on a basis of schedule of injury, and the claim for loss of wages was allowed as set out by plaintiffs. Costs £9 9s. and medical fee fl were allowed.
