RAIN GENERAL
Present indications arc for westerly to southerly winds, strong to gale, and unsettled squally weather, with rain probable generally, and heavy rain in many parts, particularly in the Western and Southern districts, and snow on the higher levels in the South. A Westerly disturbance has intensified to-day, but the barometer is likely to rise soon.
