For driving a car at night without lights or horn, and consequently running down four men in Williamson Avenue with fatal results to one, Ronald Gordon Frankham, a young man, was fined £SO by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court, and was disqualified from driving for two years. The jury found the accused not guilty of manslaughter, but convicted him of driving with negligence, and thereby causing the death of Oscar Swanson.
