THE GOODS. ■ - < [Per Prass Association.] ■ • WELLINGTON, Last Night. ■ Michael Quinlan, 38, ' : suspected some time of being an opium dealer, was seen last night entering a' Chinaman’s shop by a constable. Hq denied having any opium, but search produced four tins in his pockets. Today Quinlan was fined £4O for being illegally in possession of opium,, In default six weeks’ imprisonment. __
