RANGIWAHIA
[From Our Own Correspondent.] The annual meeting of the Rangiwahia Hockey Club was held in the library. Mr. S. Meads presided over the following attendance: Misses B. Morgan, A. Boshier, E. Carey, C. Martin, R. Parker, L. Boshier, M. Ireland, E. Morgan. A. Boshier, W. Boucher, C. Meads, Eva Carey, and Mr. A. J. Shaw r . The balance-sheet for the past season, which disclosed a credit of £9 Ss, was adopted. Mr. S. Meads (president) said a ' few words of comment on the keenness of the girls and that it was due to their efforts that made the season such a successful one. The election of officers resulted:— President, Mr. S. Heads (re-elected): vice-presidents, Messrs. A. J. Shaw, C. Parker, A. Sharman and A. Huston; secretary, Miss B. Morgan (re-elect-ed); captain, Miss M. Parker (reelected); vice captain. Miss L. Boshier. It wa sresolved that a dance be held in aid of funds on Easter Monday night; that the subscriptions be 1 fixed at 2s Gd each; and that they start practising on Saturday, April 10. 1 Tennis. The following team are to play Kimbolton next Saturday:—Ladies,
Miss C. Martin, Miss E. Morgan, Miss A. Deihl, Miss G. Morgan. Men: Mr. T. organ, Mr. S. Deihl, L. Saywell, J. Morgan, A. Huston, and R. Doroles .
