JIALETI BEFORE ENGLISH HIGH COURT. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. Mr Raymond, proprietor of the Imperial Food Journal, brought an action before the High Court, claiming damages against the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Company and Wright, its European agent, for allegedly procuring the withdrawal of two advertisements. Plaintiff's counsel, in opening, said Wright took exception to a statement in an article in the journal, saying his company got a premium of 2s per cwt. on butter. He threatened to cause the withdrawal of the advertisements of two firms selling butter, and they subsequently were withdrawn Mr Raymond, giving evidence, said he believed from information he had obtained, that the advantage of the 2s premium had not accrued to butter producers.
