SPANISH AVIATION HERO. JOY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY LONDON, Feb. 23. The Spanish Government has presented Commandant Franco’s seaplane to the Argentine nation. Spaniards widely hail Commandant Franco as possessing superhuman powers and suggest that a holiday should be observed on the tenth of every month, and that compulsory civic and military processions should be held throughout Spain ,to commemmorate his immortal achievement in flying to South America.
