FOUR SERIOUS CHARGES
ALLEGED DEFENCE WHILE ON BAIL. [Per Press Association 1 AUCKLAND. Last Night. Four charges.of unlawfully using an instrument was preferred against Mrs. Marth Jane O’Shaunghneasy, aged 59 (Mr. Singer) In the Police Court to-day. Accused was before the I Court last week on three of the charges and was remanded. The fourth charge related to an alleged offence on December 29. A remand was made until next Monday. Chief-Detective Cummings objected. He said accused had been committed for trial on two charges and while out on bail on three more charges, It was alleged, she had committed another offence. Ball was refused.
