CENSUS IN JAPAN
NEARLY CO MILLION NIPPONESE [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Friday 7.15 p.m.) TOKIO December 3. A census taken at October shows the population of Japan proper Is 59,736,000 including 30,012,000 males. Compared with the 1920 census, there is a total increase of 3,773,000 making a 6.7 per cent increase.
