Tlic sale of ijio Bartholomew Estate at WOraroa, Levin .took place on Wednesday afternoon, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs Milne and Wilson, (conducting’ the sale. The sections 1 offered were all level dry building (sites, situated within 200 yards of the jLevin railway station, the block being bounded by the main street and three 'other streets. The excellent location of the sections, together with the ; vendors’ very reasonable idea ot (values and the easy terms of purchase, combine to make these lots a good investment and it was not sur- | prising that no fewer than 31 of them were disposed of under the hammer.
