SS: 208/- to 210/- per cwt.; Nov. 21; 208/- to 210/- per cwt. Other qualities.—Nov. 28: 190/-.to 196/- per cwt. Australian, salted. —Nov. 28: 192/to 196/- to 198/- per cwt. Unsalted: Nov. 28: 192/- to 198/- per cwt. Other qualities, salted; Nov. 28; 160/- to 190/- per cwt.. Unsauect: Nov. 28; 172/- to 186/- per cwt. Argentine, unsalted.-—Nov. 28: 166/- to 172/- per cwt. Other qualities. —Nov. 28: 154/- to 164/- per cwt. Siberian.—Nov. 28: 160/- to 170/por cwt. Exceptional: 176/- per cwt, Danish. —Nov. 28: 218/- to 220/per cwt.

Cheese.—Market steady. No New Zealand available. English finest farmers, unchanged. Official quotations are:—-Canadian, coloured and white. —Nov. 28; 114/- to 116/- per cwt; Nov. 21: Same as 28th.

Shipments of,New Zealand produce arrived this week per s.s. “Port Dunedin’’ and “Arawa.” Casein.—Present quotations are: — French rennet £SO to £69,. Argentine Lactic £45 10/-, to £46. Hemp.—Manila market firm with good demand. ".T” grade December/ February shipments sold up to £44 18/-. January/March shipments £4B 10/-. Market easier at the close. Sisal market steady and demand only moderate. Tanganyika. There are buyers No. 1 up to £46 10/- Ist graae. Inferior quality difficult to sell. ISTew Zealand market firm with bettor demand. High points sold £4O, Fair £36 for October/December to liecember/February shipments. Tow offered more freely on the basis £26 for No. 2 quality. Wool. — Sales continuing satisfactory. Crossbred has improved and fine crossbred now 5 per cent, also medium and coarse crossbred 10 per cent, above October closing rates. Strong demand largely auo to necessity meeting immediate requirements.

Tallow. —Spot market remains steady. Fair business being done. Present quotations are unchanged with the exception mutton, fine, 'iti/6 to 49/-; beef, fair to good 41/9 to 44/6.
