In the Commons, replying to questions, Sir Samuel Honre said that during the year ended September 30, there had boon 42 accidents in the Air Force,, owing to machines crashing, involving 57 deaths. None of the machines was equipped with parachutes, but provision was now being made as speedily as possible for the equipment of the whole ,Air Force with parachutes.
