FRENCH BUDGET.

In the Chamber the Socialists again opposed the Budget when it was eventually carried by 421 to 150, substantially as amended by the Senate. The Bill is now being bandied about between' the Houses. The Chamber was still sitting at 6.15 this morning, when it was returned to the Senate for the sixth time. AGREEMENT AT LAST. THEN THE SUMMER- HOLIDAYS. (Received Tuesday, 1,20 a.m.) PARIS, July 13. Agreement between the Senate and the Chamber was reached, when the Budget was finally approved and both Houses adjourned-for the summer recess.
