The session of Parliament, which opens on Thursday, will be onp of the most interesting' of reecnt__ycftr«. From all appearances. Reform will b» able to carry on comfortably. A little while ago, the idea was current that a couple of months would see the end of the session, but now it is predicted that the proceedings will last at least three months. Whether Mr Wilford will move a no-confidence motion remains to bo seen. It can be taken for granted that If he does not take an early opportunity, Mr Holland will. A fair amount of legislation Is in course of preparation.
