PEACE LOVERS AT HONOLULU. FROM AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday, 7 p.m.) HONOLULU. Juno 19. Among the Australian and New Zealand passengers arriving by the Niagara hero to-day were sixteen delegates to the Institute of Pacific Relations, opening on July 1. Mr Duncan Hall, chairman of the Australian delegation, said: .We of Australia are very much hopeful of a full, constructive discussion of preparations for peace, namely, massing our forces for this purpose and outlining ideals and methods attaining it and the best possible enjoyment thereof when obtained. Members of the central executive committee of the Institute mot the delegates. \
