Cable Association.] (Received Tuesday, 7 p.m.) CAPETOWN, June 15 A ballot of the Hand miners in connection with the recommendation of the Dc Villiens Commission’s report in favour pf- an advance in miners’ wages show that 75 per cent, of the members of the Unions are prepared to strike if it is found necessary to enforce the recommendation. Nothing, however, will be done until the completion of'the negotiations with the Engine Drivers’ Union for the proposed formation of a federation of white employees in the' mining industry.
