PAINFUL MISHAP ON GOLF LINKS. While on the Hokowhitu Golf Links yesterday afternoon, Mrs. L. A. Abraham, , of Palmerston North, stumbled and broke her thigh; She was removed to a private hospital where the hone was re-set, and last evening Mrs. Abraham was reported to be doing as tvell as possible. It will be remembered that. Mrs Abraham met with an accident about four years ago sustaining an injury similar to that received yesterday. She will have the wishes of her very many friends for a rapid and complete recovery and that she will be able to resume her public activities with unimpaired health. CHINESE ON HOAD [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Last Night, A Chinese named Ah Foy, aged 75, was found this morning on the Roadside near Beaumont in an unconscious condition.
