MARYBOROUGH AWARDS. [Per Press Association.! BLENHEIM, Last Night. The Arbitration Court has issued an award in the Marlborough musterers and drovers’ dispute as follows to take effect from December 29 of this year tand to continue in force till vember 24, 192 G. Musterers are to receive not less than £4 2/6„ or not less 17/- a day, with a further 17/for any Sunday they are required to work at mustering. Packers’ wages are to bo 'not less than £3 7/6 a week, or 15/6 a day. Musterers and packers repuired to do snow iraking are to receive £l 5/- a. day while engaged in such work. Youths learning mustering, in addition to board and lodging arc to receive first year £1 10/- a week, second year, £2 a week. Musterers required to travel more than tea miles to a station are to be paid on e days’ pay as traveling allowance. Drovers, one guinea a day,, with all necessary expenses.

The award is not to apply to any worker employed regularly as a farm or station hand who assists in mustering or packing. A number of stock and station agents are included-in the list of parties to the award but aro bound by the award only when contracting as principals.
