KIMBOLTON DOMAIN BOARD
The final meeting or the Board’s financial year was held in the County Council Chambers on Saturday evening last. There were present Messrs N. C. Jensen, A. Lawson, C. A. L. Smith, W. Hair, W. L. Hesseltme, D. Barnlcoat and the secretary (Mr Rd. Richardson]) In the absence of the chairman, Mr Jensen was voted to the chair. . . „ Correspondence of a minor nature was read and dealt with. It was resolved that alternate ten' ders be called for the lease of resem 16, Kimbolton suburbs for a term of 5 and 7 years; tenders to close on January 31, 1925. and that the matter of drawing the conditions be left in the hands of the chairman, the secretary and ‘Mr Hair. The secretary was instructed to have the noxious weeds on the reserve in Flyger street cleared away and the lawns attended to. Accounts amounting to £24 2/9 were passed for payment. The next meeting of the Board will be held early in February.
