I'L At Springfield, Mr. Lloyd George vi. sited Abraham Lincoln's old home. He said Lincoln had been an inspiration to him since boyhood. Later, he stood bareheaded in th c rain before Lincoln's tomb and laid a wreath Inscribed, " To one of the world's greatest men." •
Mr. Lloyd George then departed for St. Louis, but will not make any public appearance, as he is anxious to conserve his strength.
