The German ex-Chancellor, Heir Wirth, has 6btained what is regarded as the biggest concession hitherto granted by the Soviet, namely, the exploitation of nearly 23 million acres of forest westward of Rybinsk, the completion of the railway to the jßaltic and the erection of large sawnills. The undertaking will ultimatey become State property.
