The Independent Labour Party, at a meeting at Glasgow, resolved to demand that the House of Commons should unconditionally reinstate Messrs. Wheatley. 'Maxton, Stephen and Buchanan, all of whom, it was stated, had refused to withdraw their remarks and apologise.
