FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION.

liAST NIGHT'S MEETING. A meeting of the management committee of the Manawatu Football Assoication was held last night. Mr J. G. Radford presided, and there were present: Messrs. J. Young, H. Crouch, R. Rutter, S. Whitehead, T. B. Arlidge, J. S. Jenkinson and J. H. Dick (secretary). CORRESPONDENCE.

From the .U.S.A. Club, applying for registration of their colours as red and white vertical stripes.—Approved. From the Foxton Club, complaining of the conduct of the Rangers' players at the match there last week.—Decided to reply that the Association could take no action unless specilic cases were cited and that in future it would be glad to receive and consider a report from the referee eontrolling the match. From the Referees' Association advising that Mr Moxon had been elected chairman, and Mr C. \V. Duncumb, secretary. The following names were submitted for membership:— Messrs. Moxon, Forbes, Crouch, McKnight, Newman, Hearsey, Eokersley and the secretary. The Association recommended that the net be used every Saturday for the most important match and that all matches he. flagged with the full set of flags.—lt was decided to have the net and flags used. GENERAL. It was decided that a deputation wait upon the Borough Council, at its next meeting, to press the need of a dressing shed at North Street Park, Messrs. J. C. Young and J. G. Radford to be spokesmen. FIXTURES. The rounds at North Street for' the next two Saturdays were fixed as follows: —May 19: R.S.A. v. Dawbers, No. 2; Ramblers v. St. Andrew's, No. 3; Foxton v. Dawbers B, No. 1. May 2G: St. Andrew's v. Dawbers B, No. 2; Rangers v. Dawbers No. 1; Foxton v. U.S.A., No. 3.
