SUPERFLUOUS TAR.
CLAIM SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION, The finance committee at last night's meeting of the Palmerston North Borough Council reported that in regard to Mr W. E. Jones's claim in respect of damages done to his monumental stock, it had been decided to submit his claim to arbitration.
