Bradbury, a South African, has issued writs against the British Empire Exhibition, claiming £7SOU damages for breach of contract in the nou.paymeitt of promotion expenses; also against Lord Morris, Sir John Taverner, and Colonel H. W. Cole, for damages for alleged malicious wrongs and alleged conspiracy. It is understood that many prominent men will be concerned, including ex. Cabinet 3linisters
3fr Bradbury some time ago, issued a pamphlet, in whicn ho claimed to bo the originator of the exhibition, and reflected strongly on the action of Sir John Taverner, in connection with the promotion of the scheme.
