KIMBOLTON NOTES.
At the quarterly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court, held at Kimbolton, on Wednesday, presided over by Mr R. M. Watson, S.M., the following cases were dealt with, viz.— For allowing stock to stray on County roads, the following fines were inflicted: —hi. Thomas, 30/, costs 7/; W. Smith, £3, costs i O/; J. Adsett, 10/, costs 7/; W. Fay, 10/, costs 7/; F. Bismarck, 15/, costs 7/, For a breach of the Firearms Act, W. Micrs (two. charges), was convicted and fined 10/ on each charge. Court costs 14/.
For exposing Hce-irifected sheep, W. H. Watson was convicted and fined 40/, Court costs 7/; W. Pratt (second offence), was convicted and fined £3, Court costs 7/. For failing to clear his property of ragwort, W. E. Gibbons was convicted and fined £5, Court costs 7/.
