WANGANUI AFTER WILSON CUP. To-day Wanganui golfers descend on the Hokowhetu links in force in an endeavour to lift the Wilson Cup. Last year the match resulted in a draw, Palmerston North, therefore, retaining it. In the fourth round of the amateur golf championship, Willing beat Crummack, Ouimet beat Neville, Tolley beat Martin, Harry Braid beat Lassen, and Hope beat Rotan. In the fifth round, Wethered beat Willing, Ouimet beat Brethorton, and Tolley beat Hope. In the ladies' golf championship, semi-final, Mrs Macßeth beat Miss Wethered and Miss Chambers beat Miss Brown.
