NORTHERN BOWLING CLUB.
GENERAL MEETING. A general meeting of the Northern Bowling Club was held at the pavilion yesterday evening. Mr T. R. Hodder presided over a goodly number. A committee for the running of games in general was formed of the following: Messrs G. F. Rumble, G. H. Bennett, H. Sinclair, the president and vice-president. Another committee of five was formed for the supervision of the bowling. It was decided to allow the matter of forming a match committee to stand over for a while. The motion that a locker fee of 2/G ue charged was carried unanimously. At Mr T. R. Hodders' suggestion, it was decided that it be left to Messrs P. Stewart, Bryant and Wilson to form pairs to play on Labour Day.
