The time has arrived when the Government should give consideration to the rates of postage charged in this Dominion, and make a reduction ali round. Cheap money for farmers and a genuine policy of encouraging settlement should clear the path of most, of the conditions which militate to-day against a movement in favour of the improved methods of production.
