A "WOMAN SUICIDES, (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI. Last Night. A married woman, aged fifty, wife of Wm. Kydd, took her own life today, the instrument used being a pair of scissors. She had been in ill-health and despondent lately. At the inquest a verdict was returned accordingly. A BOY KILLED. AUCKLAND, Last Night. A boy five years of age named Walter George Lupton, son of a resident of Grey Lynn, was killed through being knocked down by horses in the stable yards. He was watching his father liberating the horses, which rushed out.
