FARMER IN TROUBLE.
SELLS MORTGAGED GOODS. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Last Night. At the Police Court, Thomas William Tumataneka Harper pleaded guilty to selling chattels mortgaged by hint to the Donald Reid Company. Accused, who is a Waikoualti farmer, borrowed £IOO on his implements and crops, and disposed of the security later to a fellow-farmer.
