SIR JOSEPH WARD.
RETURN TO NEW ZEALAND. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Sir Joseph Ward returned to Wellington by the Tahiti, accompanied by Lady Ward and Pat Ward. He was welcomed on the wharf by a number of members of Parliament, Legislative Councillors, and prominent citizens. Cheers were given for Sir Joseph Ward, who. in acknowledging the reception, said he was delighted to be back in New Zealand. To pressmen Sir Joseph Ward said he was well in health, but for the present he declined to be interviewed.
