PALMEESTON QUOTATIONS. The producers are receiving the urn dermentioned prices for their farm pro* duce from the wholesalers of Palme*" ston North this week:~Dairy butter, pats 1/10 per pound; cheese, 1/1 to 1/2 per pound; the price being paid for eggs by the Egg Circle per dozen fa l/o, while the retailers are buying them at 1/2; oaten sheaf chaff, Baagitikei grown, £6 15/-; good meadow hay, £5 to £5 10/- per ton on trucks; oats, farm dressed Algerian, i- per bushel, free on rail; the price o- South Island grown potatoes is now £3 10/- per ton f.0.b., while the price for local growa still remains at £4 10/- per ton.
