STATEMENT BY MR MASSEY. (Per Preen Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Prime Minister, replying to a question by Mr Glynn in the House of Representatives this afternoon, said the outlook for New Zealand beef at the present time was not encouraging, and he did not think that we would be able successfully to compete in beef witn the Argentine for some time to come.
