PLOTS IN GERMANY.

An attempt was made lo blow up the Victory column, and six German accomplices in the conspiracy have been arrested. It is believed that part of the conspiracy was to assassinate prominent Germans. Sixty thousand marks have been offered for the discovery of the perpetrator.
