BOWLING.

CENTRE GALA DAY. The first of this season’s gala days as arranged by the Manawatu Bowling Centre was held at the Manawatu Bowling Club’s grounds yesterday afternoon. Visiting rinks from Levin (1), Woodvllle (1), Feilding (2), Terrace End (2). and Palmerston (2) took part and thoroughly enjoyable, games were the result.
