MORE CO-OPERATION AMONGST FARMERS.
One of the most attractive features of the prospectus of the New Zealand Co-operative Woollen Mills, Ltd., is the statement that, there are to bo no promoters' shares; nothing is to be given to anybody. On this point a financial expert writes in a weekly journal:— ■"Plie whole offering is sane, sober, and respectable. There are no promoters' pickings to be paid for. Every investor can come in on the ground floor, and thus fully enjoy tbo future premium which the business will quickly gather to itself, as the result of sound management, and a world-wide demand for its goods." Farmers! This is to be your ■woollen mill, operated for your benefit. Shareholders who supply wool to the mill will receive bomises; shareholders who buy the mill's manufactures will receive rebates. The co-operative principle must develop, so support the New Zealand Co-operative Woollen Mills, Ltd., by making immediate application for shares. Full particulars in the prospectus, obtainable from any branch of the Bank of New Zealand, or from the secretary of the company, 12, King's Chambers, Commerce street, Auckland. —4.
