AUCTION SALES. The M.A.C., Jenkins' Auctioneering Co., and Harry Palmer and Co. advertise details of their usual mart sales to be held to-day. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., advertise details of their Maryborough spring cattle fair, to be held on Thursday next, October 21st, at 1 p.m. sharp, when they will offer over 1200 head of well bred cattle on behalf of the leading breeders of the district. See page S for details. Stevens and Tucker advertise details of their Feilding mart sale, which commences at 11.30 a.m. to-morrow with poultry. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., will hold a clearing sale; of dairy stock, horses, sheep and farm sundries at the Junction Road, near Kimbolton, on Wednesday next, on account of Mr W. J. Knox. They will also sell at the same time on account of Mr Thos. Waugh and other vendors, sheep, cattle and horses, particulars of which are advertised. PALMERSTON NORTH'S GARDEN SUBURB. Readers are reminded that the above sale takes place next Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Messrs Abraham and Williams* horse emporium, Grey Street. The property is situated on Milson's and Setter's Line and offers the last opportunity of securing such ideal sections so handy to Palmerston North. Messrs Brown and Rasmussen. the well-known wellsinkers, have just succeeded in obtaining a copious flow of artesian at a depth of 420 feet, shooting a volume of water 20ft above the ground. Intending buyers who have not yet inspected should make arrangements to do so with the auctioneers immediately.
