A sale of 'Sr' produce, ami flowers to help the f -■ fi'r the purchase of a car for Sister Heni, was held in All Saints’ Sid • yesterday. In addition to the • '• - stalls sweets and icecream wore dispensed, while afternoon tea, in char. Mrs Keoble and assistants, was i dlablo in an adjoining room. The hall was prettily decorated with greenery ferns, and flowers. The sale was held 1 ring the afternoon and evening and ■>. result a considerable sum was add d to the funds. The efforts of the Girls’ Club have now raised sufficient mot ■ L n permit of the purchase of a ca. .! a two-seater Morris Oxford has m—ordingly been obtained. Stall holder- \ -* *rday were as follows: —Bran tub. Misses F. Nash and L. Fowler; vuCi'ty stall, Girls’ Club; dolls’ stall. Ctrl 1 -’ Club; flower stall, Craven School; produce, Mrs Ncwson; ice-cream, M ; Warren; sweets, Mrst Harding; aftcim-m tea, Mrs Keeble.
