Y.M.C.A. FUNDS.
E.S.A. NOT SATISFIED
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON ,Last Night. The general secretary of the Now Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Asseciation, in a lengthy statement, comments on the delay in publishing the auditor’s report on the war funds balancesheet, and says that he is unaoio to delay longer the publication of the answering statement. The R.ft.A. register figures published do not represent a full statement of the income and expenditure of the patriotic account, and ho considers that the statement strengthens the opinion previously heard that an independent inquiry into the management of patriotic funds is needed. It is pointed out that only the net receipts of the Red Triangle data are shown, and not the cost of raising the money. The R.S.A.. he elates, had hoped that the appointment of a commission would have disposed of the whole matter finally and authoritatively.
