GERMAN CRIMINALS.
MYSTERIOUS ESCAPE OF ONE. . [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.} (Received Sunday, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 22. The Government has no official intimation that Germany will refuse to surrender the officers indicted for breaches of the laws of warfare. The Admiralty list of submarine commanders has been sent to Paris. Some misgiving has arisen owing to the release of Keisewettcr, the notorious submarine commander, in direct opposition to the Admiralty’s wishes.
