WITH THE FIGHTING FORCES OF EUROPE

KINEMACOLOR

The box plans for Saturday and Monday and Saturday's matinee open this morning at Millar's. The management wish to point out that these pictures in natural colours hare been shown throughout New Zealand and have everywhere roused the greatest enthusiasm. None of the claims put forward of Showing war pictures of actual fighting are made in other cases. The armies of the Allies and views of actual scenes depicted on the screen by the wonderful Kinemacolour process, which lends real life and colour and conveys a thorough idea of bur forces and of the enemy. Glimpses are afforded of the trenches and of actual warfare, but interest is centred on the great preparations of the nations and no horrors are depicted. \

A recent cable message stated in a very definite manner that Japanese gunners with their own artillery were fighting for Eussia on the far flung battle line in the western theatre of war. Thus time brings its revenges, for on this occasion those who wen the bitterest foes are now combined through Japan's treaty with England, to down the dastardly German hordes who stick at nothing to gain their ends—ends they never achieve. Any comprehensive review of the fighting forces now engaged at the front would therefore be incomplete without the inclusion of the Mikado's forces, who so signally routed the German forces at Kiao-Chau in China. In the magnificent Kinemacolor pictures, " With the Fighting Forees of Europe, '' /n inclusion is made of our Allies in the east. Pictures are shown of Japanese warships, and a whole series of views are given of the operations of the Mikado's alert army in the field, which at the present stage will interest everyone who watches carefully the forces that are being drawn into this Armageddon.
