AMERICAN MANUFACTURERS WARNED.

Mr Bryan, at the National Foreign Trade Convention, warned American manufacturers that the Government cannot assume the responsibility for Americans who engage in enterprises beyond the United States' boundaries. The United States would support citizens engaging in legitimate trade in foreign countries if injustice is done, but manufacturers must not expect interference by force, or menace of force, in other countries' affairs.
