MEXICO.
GERMAN VESSEL ARRESTED. By Electric Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. Received 10.20 p.m. VERA CRUZ, May 27. A German steamer landed arms for Mexicans, and General Funston thereupon arrested the vessel as having no manifest. It is not expected that further action will be taken, as the United States has agreed to a suspension of hostilities during the Peace Conference. It is expected that the vessel will be merely lined for being without a ma-nifest.
