Other representatives at the New Hebrides' conference are Kamerer Assistant-Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Tesseron, Assistant Director of the Ministry of Colonies. Le Temps says it is agreed by both sides that the present system cannot be maintained and solution by partition doubtless will be examined anew.
