SIGNALMAN SENTENCED TO FOUR YEARS. By Electric Telegragh—Press Association —Copyright. Received Midnight. LONDON, May 23. A signalman named Herbert Htilton has been sentenced to four years at a court martial at Sheerness in connection with the missing signal books of the battleship Queen, cabled on March 12th. (A code book enabling the possessor to decipher the most confidential signals was abstracted from the safe of the battleship Queen, and a clever imitation volume substituted. The only clue was certain finger prints.)
