It adds that possibly the third reading of the Home Rule Bill will be taken forthwith. IRISH AMERICANS' SUPPORT. (Times. —Sydney Sun Service.) Received (5.15 p.m. LONDON, May 23. Irish Americans have promised £20.000 for guns, ammunition, and uniforms for the Nationalist volunteers. An official of the Nationalists fears that the American support will be diverted to the Parliamentary funds.

HURRIED CABINET MEETING-. Received 12.15 a.m. LONDON, May 24. A hurried meeting of Cabinet was held on Saturday. It is supposed the meeting dealt with Monday's procedure in the Commons arising out of Thursday's scene. ONLY A PRECAUTION. LONDON, May 22. It is understood the movements of Irish Constabulary are in the nature of a precaution in view of possible outbreaks when Home Rule leaves the House of Commons. Roman Catholic priests are urging their flocks to abstain from processions and bonfires to celebrate the passing of the Bill. Large consignments of ammunition have been landed in Ulster during the past fortnight.
