MAN'S MYSTERIOUS DEATH
BODY FOUND NEAR RAILWAY TRACK. Press Association—By Telegraph. WELLINGTON, March 31. As the goods train from Wellington was pasing Ngahauranga about six o'clock to-night the driver noticed a man lying beside the track. The train was stopped and the man picked up. He was dead, one side of his head being badly crushed and his features were quite unrecognisable. The body was brought to the morgue. It is that of a seafaring man judging by the dress of from 30 to 40 years of age. So far it is unidentified, though papers found on the body are expected to aid in Establishing his identity. How ; the man met his death is not known.
