OUTSPOKEN COMMENTS. BY AN ARCHBISHOP. Prwi Am—By Telegraph—Copyrigbr Received 10.20 p.m. Brisbane, Last Night. The Anglican Congress discussed the question of sooial unrest. Various attributing cases were elaborate?, including the unequal distribution of wealth, the higher civilisation, selfishness, mo iern society, the growth of socialism, idealism, success of Labour at the polls. The Archbishop of Brisbane said that wealtl: had worked ugly things. The great uprising of newly* educated people was a significant sign that they should array themselves against the weak spots in the Labonr movement and the Labour party needed being toll toat plainly.
