S. B. LANCASTER'S DAIRY SALE.
The particular attention of 'airymen in searcii of reliable milkers and wfto wish to buy on a guaiantee is tirawn to unreserved sale of 200 head of choice dairy cows and heifers which is being held on accouut of Mr S R Lancaster at his homestead Fitzherbett East on We uesday next the 17th instant. The offering comprises 150 Snorthorn and Jersey cows an ■ heifers closb to profit and 50 of which have just calved and are snowing good results.
This fixture is practically the closing sale of the season.
The rj6m>l custom at c*airy sales is to offer animals under a guarantee as to t eir soundness whendriei off and turned out, but it is sorely obvious that those w&o buy cows on a guarantee as to calving dates and soundness when toey come in must be purchasing under tne very best conditions

Mr Lancaster, following his usual custom, will sell an er the above conditions, and the sale will be conducted by Dalgety ano Company Ltd , in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Lt ~ will commence at 12 o'clock noon.
